As Managing Director of CONSULTREE, she has successfully led more than 500 successful senior-level placements worldwide. Her work spans a broad range of industries, including media, telecommunications, technology, financial services, luxury consumer goods, manufacturing, and life sciences—where she has delivered high-impact executive search and leadership development assignments.
She has also focused her practice on family enterprises throughout Latin America, specializing in succession planning, governance, and multi-generational leadership alignment.
